Humphrey and Mustafa ("Mustafa drink of water") had a great run. We collected £82 in the bucket for WaterAid. This included almost 500, 1 and 2p coins, it all adds up (to the weight of the bucket too!). The support from the crowd was great from start to finish. There was a bit of a hail storm, what a bonus having fur to protect me! We got a tremendous roar as we entered the Majeski stadium and put on our final dash for the photo finish. I think 2h13 for a Camel is good going.... We were quite chuffed with the exposure - interviewed by Reading 107, Evening Post and were spotted on Meridian TV. Well done to all the team on a successful race. Bring on London 2004. I have included a few pics from the BBC berkshire website.
