A team of twelve runners ran on a treadmill outside Kings Meadow Tesco for 24hrs.

The team covered 147 miles and raised £1174 for WaterAid.

I was told it be a "health and safety" risk if I took to the treadmill, so I focused on entertaining the shoppers and children.

We setup the demonstration handpump and a wishing well (you can make someone's wish for water a reality)

Come out and support the team again this year the 18th/19th March 2005...it is always good fun.

I am wide awake, honest!
