It was that time of year again – the annual Thames raft race which had the theme this year of 'James Bond 007'.
As soon as I heard the news I couldn’t wait to get dressed up in my dickie bow and tux – and yes, even camels can look smart ! or perhaps, I thought, go for the more ‘water’ theme of snorkel an flippers ? but then the sight of a camel swimmingfloating sinking would not be a good idea so I plumped for the bow tie – after all, they say less is more !
