It was time again to join the teams down at the River Thames for the raft race. There were many different rafts with tents ‘Carry on Camping’, palm trees and pyramids ‘Carry on Cleo’ and doctors and nurses ‘Carry on Doctor/Nurse’ aboard.

       

I decided to follow the ‘Carry on Doctor’ theme with my stethoscope, head light and mask although being a camel you can be excused for thinking I was part of ‘Carry on Cleo’!

All throughout the evening there was a carnival band playing that meant I could practice my dancing techniques and there were lots of people who were happy to join in (although none were as good as me – obviously!).

           

Everyone had a good time and partied on into the evening. We all look forward to next years race – what will be the theme next time ?!
